subrogaci\u00f3n gestacional en M\u00e9xico es un acto de colaboraci\u00f3n humana que permite a personas o parejas cumplir su sue\u00f1o de formar una familia cuando la gestaci\u00f3n natural no es gestante y el futuro beb\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque no existe una ley federal \u00fanica, en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico hemos establecido regulaciones que exigen contratos notariales, evaluaciones psicol\u00f3gicas y consentimientos informados para garantizar transparencia y seguridad jur\u00eddica.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es una alternativa \u00e9tica y regulada, dise\u00f1ada para quienes enfrentan infertilidad, riesgos m\u00e9dicos o buscan opciones de paternidad en parejas
